Kirt Edgar, Executive Director, RN, BSN

Kirt Edgar is the Executive Director for Restpadd Inc. and Restpadd Health Corp. He is a graduate of Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA and Simpson University’s School of Nursing. He has served in a variety of administrative roles and he has a passion for psychiatric nursing. In his free time he enjoys fishing, hunting, and spending time with his wife and two children.

Bill Hunt, Administration Director, RN, BSN

Bill has worked for Restpadd since 2013 in a variety of roles for both the Redding and Red Bluff facilities. He has been working in mental health since 2011 and found a calling as a psychiatric nurse. Bill has been married for 30 years and has 3 kids and 7 grandchildren. He enjoys many outdoor activities and spending time with family.

Brett Heathorn, Controller / Director of Business Services

Brett Heathorn is the Controller and Director of Business Services for Restpadd Inc. and Restpadd Health Corp. He is responsible for the financial and business functions of both companies. Mr. Heathorn has 7 years of Accounting and Business experience with a bachelor degree in Accounting from ASU. He enjoys taking care of his home garden and spending time with his wife and three young children.
